What we take on

Tear-outs, selective removal, cleanup, and jobsite support — scoped to the job, not padded for show.

01

Interior Tear-Outs

Kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, fixtures, and other non-structural selective removal.

02

Exterior & Small-Structure Removal

Decks, fences, sheds, exterior materials, and limited small-structure removal when it fits the written scope.

03

Cleanup & Material Handling

Debris removal, property cleanouts, construction cleanup, material staging, load-out help, and disposal coordination.

04

Contractor & Jobsite Support

Selective demolition, remodel prep, labor support, material handling, site cleanup, and scope-based assistance for the next trade.

Remove what needs to go. Protect what stays.

Selective demolition means careful work inside a defined scope — not tearing through everything in reach.

  • Careful removal of the materials named in the estimate
  • Clear boundaries so surrounding finishes and structures stay protected
  • Clean preparation for the next trade or project phase
  • No unnecessary destruction outside the written scope

Homeowners, contractors, and property work

Same standards either way: clear scope, controlled removal, and a site left ready for what comes next.

Homeowners

Clear scope, straightforward estimates, controlled removal, and cleanup before renovation or repair.

General contractors & remodelers

Reliable selective demolition, material handling, and cleanup support that keeps the next phase moving.

Property owners & businesses

Removal, cleanout, and site-preparation work based on the actual property and written scope.

What the estimate covers — and what it doesn’t

  • Every project is subject to site conditions and the written scope.
  • Pricing may depend on access, material type, volume, disposal, equipment, and unexpected conditions.
  • Hazardous-material testing or abatement is not included unless explicitly qualified and contracted.
  • Structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty-trade work are excluded unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
  • Disposal and dump fees are separate when applicable. Full-day, half-day, and flat-rate pricing may be available depending on the job scope.
