No. S.V.E.N Inc. does not sell submitted information and does not use inquiries for ad profiling. Only what you voluntarily submit is collected, and only to respond, estimate, review, route, or operate the requested service.

Form submissions use HTTPS to the website, but that is not end-to-end encryption from your device to a Proton inbox. Email delivery involves Resend and mail providers. S.V.E.N Inc. controls Proton-side handling on its accounts, but cannot control your email provider, device, network, or inbox security.

Proton Mail aligns with S.V.E.N Inc.’s privacy-first operating posture for company email and manual review of inbound inquiries. It is one controlled layer — not a claim that every step of public form intake is encrypted end to end.

Your submission is received by a Cloudflare Pages Function, validated, and routed via Resend email to S.V.E.N Inc. operators for manual review. It does not automatically create a contract, schedule work, or guarantee acceptance. Precision photo uploads follow the same routing path.

Yes — email Svensystems@proton.me with a deletion request. S.V.E.N Inc. will remove information where reasonably practicable, but cannot guarantee instant removal from all backups, provider logs, or email archives.

No. Pricing guide figures and form estimates are reference starting points. Final quotes depend on scope, disposal, access, risk, labor, and site conditions — confirmed in writing before scheduling where applicable.

Yes for the named builds: Landing Page $150, Review System $150 one-time on its own, Employee Time Clock System $300 one-time, Profile Hub $325 one-time, Business Website $550, Website + Admin $999, and Advanced Website $1,999 baseline. Business Website covers presentation, agreed forms and connections; Website + Admin adds private controls for agreed editable content; Advanced adds an agreed connected workflow and increases only for substantially harder requirements. Review System is optional at catalog price, or 50% off ($75) with Website + Admin or Advanced Website. Time clock hardware is not included. Hosting, domains, and connected providers retain their own costs.

Obsidian Core™ is positioned as privacy-first and local-first technology. Public website pages and inquiry forms still use online infrastructure for intake and routing. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive client data through the public form.

Optional photos are used for estimate review context. They are transmitted through the form pipeline (Cloudflare Function, Resend email metadata, and related handling). Do not upload sensitive documents or unrelated private images. Long-term storage practices may evolve as upload storage is implemented.
