• Submit only accurate information you are authorized to share.
• Do not submit spam, harassment, malware, or fraudulent requests.
• Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or highly sensitive third-party data through public forms.
• Submission does not create a contract by itself — it starts a review process.

Automated spam, bot flooding, and abusive submissions may be blocked, ignored, or reported. S.V.E.N Inc. may restrict access to protect operators and infrastructure.

Submitting a form does not guarantee a response, estimate, build slot, job acceptance, or partnership. S.V.E.N Inc. and its divisions review scope, availability, geography, risk, and fit before proceeding.

Black Neck Digital website tiers are listed flat one-time prices for those named builds — not “starting at” figures. Extra work outside a named build is quoted separately. Precision pricing guide figures remain reference ranges. Actual Precision cost depends on scope, access, materials, disposal, labor, and site conditions. Published numbers are not unlimited-work guarantees.

Artwork, brand assets, logos, studio identity materials, and other content displayed on this site remain owned or controlled by their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

Flip Fishy Studios is a division of S.V.E.N Inc.™ The studio website is informational. Browsing it does not create a player account, purchase, game license, or playable demo access. Studio inquiry expectations and pre-release boundaries are maintained on the Flip Fishy Studios division policies page.

Game-specific EULA, storefront, refund, account, telemetry, and related product terms are not in force until a demo or paid release is published with those disclosures.

Obsidian Core™ is positioned as privacy-first and local-first technology, but public inquiry forms still route through website infrastructure (Cloudflare, Resend, email). Do not treat the public form as a secure channel for confidential credentials or sensitive client environments.
