• Information you type into division inquiry or estimate forms (name, email, phone, city, project details, selected tiers or services, and similar fields).
• Optional photo uploads on Precision Demolition estimate requests (JPEG, PNG, WebP).
• Direct email or contact messages you send to S.V.E.N Inc. addresses.
• Standard web server and security logs that Cloudflare may process when you load pages or submit forms (IP address, request metadata, bot/security signals).

• To respond to inquiries and route them to the correct division or operator.
• To prepare estimates, scope reviews, and build requests.
• To operate requested services and follow up on submitted work.
• To maintain basic site security, deliverability, and abuse resistance.

• Submitted information is not sold to data brokers or marketers.

Operational email for S.V.E.N Inc. is handled on the Proton side where configured. Form notifications are intended for manual review — not automated resale pipelines. Proton’s own privacy and security terms apply to mail stored and accessed within Proton accounts.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are received by Cloudflare Pages Functions, which validate and route intake before email delivery. Cloudflare may process request metadata for hosting, security, and performance. S.V.E.N Inc. uses this infrastructure for controlled public intake — not for selling visitor data.

Form payloads are transmitted to Resend for email delivery to S.V.E.N Inc. operators. Resend processes message content and delivery metadata as part of sending mail. Photo uploads on Precision forms may be referenced in email metadata; storage handling is described in service-specific sections and may evolve as upload storage is implemented.

The 00Sven™ Music catalog may request artwork from Apple’s iTunes Search API based on release metadata configured for the page. That lookup sends search terms to Apple’s service and displays returned artwork when available. It does not submit your personal form data to Apple.

Optional job-site photos are submitted only to support estimate review. They travel through the same Cloudflare Function and email routing path as other form fields. Do not upload sensitive personal documents, identification, financial records, or private images unrelated to the job scope.

Submitted information is kept only as long as needed to respond, estimate, operate services, maintain business records, or resolve disputes — unless you request deletion and removal is reasonably practicable. S.V.E.N Inc. does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule for every channel (email archives, backups, and provider logs may persist independently).
