Where does the application run?
On a company-controlled computer, workstation, or server. That installation holds the private application, API, Vault, and database. Staff use browsers. This public website does not store the company’s Vault. Optional local AI can assist permitted work. Base Mode covers core records, documents, approvals, workflows, and timekeeping without AI.
Does the AI finalize important actions on its own?
No. The system can help prepare and streamline work at speed. When a step carries real business impact, a person still confirms it—so useful assistance stays dependable for real operations.
How difficult is setup?
Deployment is guided. Obsidian Core™ walks your organization through the information it needs, where your work lives, and how the Core should fit into your operation—so you are not left to configure everything alone.
Is a price published here?
No. This site does not list a purchase price, subscription, setup fee, or hardware package. Use Discuss Your Deployment to talk about fit. There is no checkout and no account registration on this site.
Can people work away from the office?
Local office access and securely configured remote access are both part of the V1 direction. Remote access needs the company host and its Internet connection. If either is down, remote use stops. Local office use can continue when the host and the local network are available, even if the wider Internet is not.
