FAQ
Common questions
Short answers about Obsidian Core™ positioning, inquiries, and contact.
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Does Obsidian Core™ run entirely online?
Obsidian Core™ is installed on a company-controlled computer. That installation runs the private application, API, Vault, database, and optional local AI service. Staff use individual accounts in browsers, including securely configured remote access when the host and its Internet connection are available. Public website pages and inquiry forms are separate and still use normal website infrastructure. See Policies — Scope.
Is a price published?
No. Public Obsidian Core™ pages do not list a purchase price, subscription, setup fee, upgrade price, or hardware package. Discuss fit through the deployment request. This is not checkout.
Does submitting the form install the product?
No. The form opens a conversation. Submission does not guarantee approval, deployment, or a timeline. See Policies — After submission.
Is Medical Standard HIPAA certified?
No. Medical Standard describes a privacy-sensitive configuration direction. Public pages do not claim HIPAA compliance, certification, or completed medical regulatory approval.
Which operating systems are supported?
This site does not claim installers for operating systems that have not been verified, and it does not publish memory or graphics minimums. Ask about the host you expect to run through the request form.
How do I contact Obsidian Core™?
