Instructions

- Fold tortilla in half.

Ingredients — 1 serving
- 1 medium yellow potato, diced small
- ½ turkey sausage, sliced
- Handful spinach, bell pepper, onion

Instructions
- Dice potato small so it cooks fast.
- Heat pan with a small splash of oil.
- Add potatoes first.
- Cover with lid and steam 4–5 minutes.

Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sear chicken 4–6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through, then remove from pan.
