Flip Fishy Studios is a division of S.V.E.N Inc.™ focused on games. These policies cover the current studio website and studio inquiries — not a playable demo, storefront, account system, or paid release.

Studio Scope
The Flip Fishy Studios pages present the division, its focus on games, and publicly stated development status for projects such as The Adventure After. The studio website is informational. Browsing these pages does not create a player account, purchase, license, or gameplay relationship.

Studio Inquiries
Flip Fishy Studios does not currently publish a division-specific web form. Public studio contact is by email to Svensystems@proton.me.
Email you send voluntarily may include:
- Your name and reply address
- Message content and any attachments you choose to include
- Standard email-header metadata handled by the sending and receiving mail systems
What not to submit
- Passwords, private keys, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials
- Unsolicited copyrighted game assets, builds, or materials you do not own or have rights to share
- Spam, harassment, or unrelated bulk solicitations
Messages are reviewed manually when time allows. Sending email does not guarantee a response, partnership, playtest invitation, press coverage, or placement of any kind.
No Products, Accounts, or Downloads Yet
The current Flip Fishy Studios website does not offer:
- A playable demo, downloadable build, or in-browser game
- Storefront sales, refunds, subscriptions, or in-app purchases
- Player accounts, save sync, leaderboards, or multiplayer services
- Game-specific analytics dashboards or advertising trackers beyond ordinary site infrastructure described in the Privacy Policy
A playable demo is planned while The Adventure After is developed. Until a demo or paid release is actually published, no licensing, purchase, refund, age-rating, platform, or end-user gameplay terms apply from this page.
Content Ownership
Flip Fishy Studios names, logos, characters, copy, and other studio brand assets displayed on these pages remain owned or controlled by S.V.E.N Inc.™ or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit studio site content without permission.
Future Game-Specific Terms (Not Yet in Force)
Before a public demo or paid release ships, Flip Fishy Studios / S.V.E.N Inc.™ should publish game-specific terms covering topics that are not implemented today, including as applicable:
- Demo or purchase license scope, platform storefront terms, and refund rules
- Account registration, parental consent, and age ratings
- Online features, telemetry, crash reporting, and advertising (if any)
- User-generated content, modding, and community conduct
- Export controls, regional availability, and third-party engine or middleware notices
Those terms will not apply until they are published for the relevant release. Do not treat this division policy as a substitute for future EULA, storefront, or privacy disclosures tied to a playable product.
