Division Scope
Black Neck Digital builds websites, landing pages, and the Employee Time Clock System for small businesses. Build inquiries are reviewed for fit before scope, price, or schedule are confirmed in writing.
Build Request Form
Submitted to /api/forms/black-neck-digital.
The build request form may collect:
- Name
- Selected product (optional)
- Business or project type
- Website needs
- Budget or timeline (optional)
What not to submit
- Production passwords, API secrets, or customer databases through the public form.
- Requests that assume unlimited extra work at the listed package price.
Listed One-Time Prices
Published prices on Pick Your Poison are the listed one-time prices for those named builds:
- Landing Page — $150
- Review System — $150 one-time ($75 with Website + Admin or Advanced)
- Employee Time Clock System — $300 one-time
- Profile Hub — $325 one-time
- Business Website — $550
- Website + Admin — $999
- Advanced Website — $1,999 baseline (starting price; written estimate required)
Business Website is presentation with agreed forms and connections. Website + Admin adds private controls for agreed editable content. Advanced is website/admin plus an agreed connected workflow. Advanced’s $1,999 is a baseline catalog price; the accepted estimate sets the payable total. The baseline increases only for substantially harder requirements. Coding errors and ordinary bug fixes are not chargeable additions. The Employee Time Clock System is $300 one-time. Hardware is not included. Review System submissions are held so bots and spam do not post automatically, and the reviewer’s email is not published. Plenty of review tools charge a subscription. This one is $150 once. You own the files. BND charges no monthly fee for the review system. Customers who choose Website + Admin or Advanced Website can include the Review System at 50% off ($75). On its own, Review System is $150 one-time. Profile Hub content is supplied by the customer. Neither product includes a mandatory maintenance subscription. Hosting, domains, and connected providers retain their own costs unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Employee Time Clock System
The Employee Time Clock System is $300 one-time. It supports up to 25 active employees and records time only. It does not process payroll. A dedicated tablet or computer is required. Hardware is not included in the build price.
After Submission
Build requests are reviewed manually. A response may request clarification, scope refinement, or decline if the fit is wrong. Submission does not guarantee a build slot or acceptance.
