Privacy Policy
Obsidian Core™ does not sell submitted information, does not use inquiries for ad profiling, and only collects information voluntarily submitted through the inquiry form or direct contact you initiate. Only what you submit is collected, and only to respond, review fit, or continue an approved conversation.
Last updated: September 22, 2026
What Is Collected
- Information you type into the Obsidian Core™ inquiry form (name or organization, email, intended use, environment, privacy or workflow needs, timeline, and preferred contact method).
- Messages you send to ObsidianCore@protonmail.com or other direct contact channels you initiate.
- Standard web server and security logs that Cloudflare may process when you load pages or submit forms (IP address, request metadata, bot/security signals).
Why It Is Collected
- To respond to product and deployment inquiries.
- To evaluate organizational fit and continue approved conversations.
- To maintain basic site security, deliverability, and abuse resistance.
What Is Not Done
- Submitted information is not sold to data brokers or marketers.
- Inquiries are not used to build ad profiles or retargeting audiences.
- Forms are not designed to harvest unrelated personal data beyond what you choose to submit.
- Obsidian Core™ does not claim that no third party ever processes data — see infrastructure below.
Encryption Limits
Public website pages and forms use normal web transport security (HTTPS) where configured by hosting. That is not a promise of end-to-end encryption for every message path after submission, and it is not a claim that the public form is appropriate for classified or high-sensitivity material.
Infrastructure
Public pages and form routing may involve Cloudflare hosting/security services and email delivery providers used by S.V.E.N Inc.™ Product marketing describes a company-hosted installation with individual accounts and optional local AI. It does not mean public website forms avoid third-party infrastructure, and it does not mean the public site stores the company Vault. Remote access to the installation depends on the company host and its Internet connection.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained as needed to respond, maintain a business record of contact, and meet legitimate operational needs. You may request deletion of inquiry records you submitted by contacting Svensystems@proton.me, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
