Policies

Product-information pages, deployment inquiries, and manual review before any engagement — written for Obsidian Core™ only.

Scope Deployment inquiry Public form limits Operational notices After submission Communications

Scope

Obsidian Core™ is installed on a company-controlled computer that runs the private application for one company. Public website pages describe that direction. They do not hold the company’s Vault. Deployment and licensing are not bound to a portable drive or a fixed computer identity. Engagement is inquiry-based and reviewed for fit — not automatically granted to every submission.

Deployment Inquiry Form

Submissions are sent through the website’s Obsidian Core inquiry handler.

The inquiry form may collect:

  • Name or organization
  • Email
  • Intended use
  • Environment or device type
  • Privacy or workflow needs
  • Deployment timeline
  • Preferred contact method

A required acknowledgment checkbox must be confirmed before submission.

What not to submit

  • Confidential credentials, private keys, passwords, or seed phrases.
  • Sensitive client data, production secrets, or regulated data sets.
  • Material that assumes instant provisioning, self-serve checkout, or certified compliance status.

Public Form Limitations

The private installation is company-hosted, with individual accounts and configured remote access when the host is reachable. Public inquiry forms still route through website infrastructure (website hosting and email delivery). They are not the company Vault and not a secure enclave for classified or high-sensitivity material. Sensitive engagements may require a separate secure channel if pursued after review. This policy does not promise zero third-party processing or absolute security.

Operational Notices

Operational or availability notices may appear on public pages when published through the site’s admin controls. They affect on-page messaging only — they do not change how public inquiry submissions are routed or reviewed.

After Submission

You supply the host computer, a separate verified backup, and production power protection. Replacement-host migration and recovery are part of the product direction. Public pages do not publish a price and do not grant a license by themselves. Submission does not guarantee approval, deployment, or a response timeline.

Communications

You may also contact Obsidian Core by email at ObsidianCore@protonmail.com or through the request form. Messages you initiate are handled for response and review only.
