Simple Workout Blueprints
Simple, repeatable workout plans for fat loss, strength, energy, and staying consistent without making fitness weirdly complicated.
Purpose and use
Choose one focused blueprint below. Start with Beginner Strength Foundations if you need a complete first session plan. Rotate short-day options when fatigued; use the full-body gym or push/pull/legs tracks when you have standard session length. Add the no-gym routines on travel or minimum-movement days.
Weekly use guidance
- Beginner Strength Foundations: 2 days/week — full-body squat, hinge, push, pull, carry session.
- Full-Body Gym: 3–4 days/week — warm-up, circuits A–F, finisher.
- Push / Pull / Legs: 3 days + optional 4th shoulders + abs day.
- Plan C — 15 min: Rotate Full Body A, B, or C on constrained days.
- No gym minimum: Morning routine (7 min) + evening walk (10 min) when applicable.
