Order rules

1. Saving your details does not charge you or book a build.
2. Accept your current price and agreement before payment.
3. Pay a 50% deposit or 100% upfront.
4. Domain, hosting, and content preparation can be finished after payment.
5. Booking requires confirmed initial payment, completed preparation, current acceptance, and available capacity.
6. Build timing estimates start at activation. They are not guaranteed completion dates.
7. Any remaining balance is due before handoff.

Refund information

1. Before production starts, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts actually captured for your confirmed initial payment.
2. Production starts when BND activates your order — not when you pay or book.
3. Once production starts, all sales are final, except if BND cannot deliver the product described in your accepted scope.
4. A refund request is not confirmation that the refund has completed; the recorded status is what counts.
