Scope

Black Neck Digital builds websites and landing pages for small businesses, contractors, artists, and musicians. It is a division of S.V.E.N Inc.™ The Employee Time Clock System is $300 one-time. Hardware is not included. Build inquiries are reviewed for fit before work is scheduled.

Build request / private draft

Private ordering starts at Let’s Build; public inquiry forms remain available separately.

The private draft may collect business identity, intake content, account identifiers (never passwords), payment option preference, and agreement acceptance. Saving intake does not book a place or take payment.

What not to submit

Production passwords, API secrets, private keys, or customer databases through the public form.
Sensitive personal documents, ID cards, or financial records.
Requests that assume unlimited extra work at the listed package price.

Listed Prices

Published prices on Pick Your Poison are the listed build prices for those named products:

Landing Page — $150
Review System — $150 one-time ($75 with Website + Admin or Advanced)
Employee Time Clock System — $300 one-time

Website + Admin — $999
Advanced Website — $1,999 baseline (starting price; written estimate required)

Business Website is presentation with agreed forms and connections. Website + Admin adds private controls for agreed editable content. Advanced Website is website/admin plus an agreed connected workflow. Advanced’s $1,999 figure is a baseline catalog price only — the accepted server-issued estimate sets the payable total. The baseline increases only when the requirements are substantially harder. Coding errors and ordinary bug fixes are not chargeable additions. Except for Advanced Website, these are not “starting at” or “from” prices. They cover the named build described on Pick Your Poison. Work outside that named build — extra pages, extra revisions, content writing, photography, migrations beyond ordinary replacement, or later changes — is quoted separately and is not included unless written into the project agreement. This does not authorize building new integrations beyond the agreed scope.

Listed build prices for non-Advanced products are flat. Hosting, domains, and connected providers retain their own costs. Domain registration, hosting, email, paid third-party services, and ongoing support are separate from the listed build price. When eligible, expedited service adds a flat $200. Advanced remains ineligible for expedited.

Ordering & payments

Pay 50% deposit or 100% upfront. Remaining balance (if any) is due before launch, handoff, or file delivery.
Pending captures are never treated as paid.
Build timing and capacity deadlines run from activation, not from payment or agreement alone.
Five minor corrections within approved scope; scope expansion needs owner review (no automatic charges invented here).
Full payment, current agreement/estimate acceptance, build approval, and owner release are required before handoff.
PDF copies of intake, agreements, invoices, receipts, and handoff records can be generated from order records and emailed through the private document flow when queued.

Refunds

Full refund cancellation before production (owner activation). After activation, sales are final except if BND cannot deliver the accepted scope. A cancellation or refund request is not confirmed refund completion. Details: Refund Policy.

Ownership After Handover

“Own it for life” applies to the completed website files and the approved original build delivered under the project agreement. The customer owns those files, original content they supplied, and connected business accounts they control.

Domain registration, hosting, paid third-party services, future changes, and ongoing support may have separate costs. Black Neck Digital does not need permanent access after the completed website is handed over. Passwords and secret keys belong in accounts the customer controls.

Employee Time Clock System

The Employee Time Clock System is $300 one-time, listed on Pick Your Poison. It supports up to 25 active employees. A dedicated tablet or computer is required to operate it. Hardware is not included. It records and totals time. It does not process payroll, calculate withholding, schedule employees, or function as an HR platform. The business owns and controls its employee time records.

Review System

The Review System is $150 one-time when purchased on its own. With Website + Admin or Advanced Website it is optional at 50% off ($75). Plenty of review tools charge a subscription. This one is $150 once. You own the files. BND charges no monthly fee for the review system. It is not required, and it does not create a maintenance subscription. Domain, hosting, and other third-party services remain separate unless a written agreement says otherwise. Completed files and configuration for the installed system are handed to the customer under the same ownership rule as a website build.

New submissions are held so bots and spam do not post automatically. The owner can remove spam.
A reviewer’s email is collected for the customer and is not displayed on the public page.
Black Neck Digital does not guarantee positive reviews, a volume of submissions, or that customers will participate.
The system must not be presented as Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other review platform.
Adding it to a website Black Neck Digital did not build requires compatible access. If that access is not available, it can be delivered as a standalone branded review page instead.
Human verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting the page can also involve Cloudflare. Domain, hosting, email, and other third-party charges are separate unless a written agreement expressly includes them.

Profile Hub

Profile Hub is $325 one-time. It is a one-page branded profile. It does not include a mandatory Black Neck Digital maintenance subscription. The completed website files belong to the customer.

The customer supplies and authorizes every piece of text, image, music, video, link, trademark, and other content placed on the page.
The customer is responsible for the rights to that media.
Third-party platforms control their own links, embeds, availability, and policies. Black Neck Digital does not control those services.
Collecting and moderating new reviews is not included in the $325 Profile Hub. That requires the Review System.
Domain registration, hosting, and paid third-party services are separate unless a written agreement expressly includes them.

After submission

A private draft does not guarantee a build slot. Booking and production start only after the required steps are complete (payment, agreement, and preparation). Public inquiry forms may still be reviewed for fit. Use the private tracker for order status after you have authorized access.
