03 · Time clock

A job time card for crews up to 25. Employees record hours by day, job, and labor or L&I code, including vacation and sick time. Owners review submitted hours and export them for the payroll process the business already uses. It organizes hours for payroll and job costing. It does not calculate wages, withhold taxes, or issue paychecks. Hardware is not included.

07 · Advanced website

Your website and admin, built to handle a connected business process. Depending on the agreed scope, that could mean managing merchandise orders, bookings, customer submissions or another workflow—with the records, statuses and notifications needed to keep it organized. We agree on what the system will do before building. The baseline increases only when the requirements are substantially harder. Coding errors and ordinary bug fixes are not chargeable additions. Review System optional at half price. Discussion and a written estimate are required; the accepted server-issued estimate sets the payable total. Verified website credit applies to the agreed destination price.
