Are the website prices fixed?
Yes. Named builds: Landing Page $150, Review System $150 alone, Employee Time Clock $300, Profile Hub $325, Business Website $550, Website + Admin $999, Advanced Website $1,999 baseline. Business Website covers presentation, agreed forms and connections. Website + Admin adds private controls for agreed editable content. Advanced is website/admin plus an agreed connected workflow; the baseline increases only for substantially harder requirements. Review System is optional at catalog price, or 50% off ($75) with Website + Admin or Advanced (including upgrades into those). Hosting, domains, and connected providers retain their own costs. Coding errors and ordinary bug fixes are not chargeable additions. See Policies — Listed prices.
Does the Review System require a subscription?
Plenty of review tools charge a subscription. This one is $150 once. You own the files. BND charges no monthly fee for the review system. Domain, hosting, and other third-party services remain separate unless a written agreement says otherwise. See Pick Your Poison — Review System.
What does “own it for life” mean?
It applies to the completed website files and the approved original build. Domain, hosting, paid third-party services, future changes, and ongoing support can have separate costs. See Policies — Ownership after handover.
Is hosting included?
No. The listed prices are for the website build. Hosting, domain registration, and similar services are separate unless a written agreement says otherwise.
How is the Employee Time Clock priced?
It is $300 one-time, listed on Pick Your Poison. Hardware is not included. A dedicated tablet or computer is required. It covers crews up to 25 active employees and records time only. See Policies — Employee Time Clock.
Does starting a request book a build or take payment?
No. A saved draft is not a booking and not a charge. Booking needs confirmed initial payment (50% deposit or 100% upfront), current agreement acceptance, and completed project preparation. Production start is separate — timing starts when production is activated, not at payment alone. Full payment before launch or handoff. See Let’s Build and the private tracker.
What is the refund policy?
Before production starts, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts actually captured for the confirmed initial payment. Production starts when BND activates your order — not when you pay or book. Once production starts, sales are final except if BND cannot deliver the product described in your accepted scope. A cancellation request is not confirmed refund completion. See the Refund Policy.
What does expedited ($200) mean?
When eligible, expedited adds a flat $200 and estimates 4 calendar days or longer after activation. Expedited prioritizes your build; neither standard nor expedited guarantees a completion date. It does not reserve a place by itself and is not available for Advanced / estimate-required work.
How many corrections are included?
Five minor corrections (limited text, image, color, or layout adjustments within approved scope) are included. Scope expansion or requests beyond that allowance need owner review — there is no automatic extra charge invented by the site.
How do I contact Black Neck Digital or request deletion?
Public contact is Svensystems@proton.me or Instagram @black_neck_digital, or the build request form. For privacy or deletion requests about a submitted form, email Svensystems@proton.me with enough detail to identify the submission. Instant removal from all backups, provider logs, or email archives cannot be guaranteed.
How are Review System submissions protected?
New submissions are held so bots and spam do not post on their own. The owner can remove spam. The reviewer’s email is kept private and is not shown on the public page. Black Neck Digital does not guarantee positive reviews, a certain number of submissions, or that customers will leave any. The page is not Google, Yelp, Facebook, or another review platform. See Policies — Review System.
What is included in a Profile Hub?
Profile Hub is $325 one-time for a one-page branded profile: an introduction, selected work, media or music links, social links, and contact actions. The customer supplies the content and is responsible for the rights to it. Live review collection is not included unless the Review System is purchased. Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are separate unless expressly included.
