Ingredients

- 1½ lb 90% lean ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can black beans, 1 cup corn, 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning, ½ cup chicken broth or water

Instructions

Heat skillet
Heat oil in skillet.

Brown turkey
Brown ground turkey (165°F internal for turkey).

Soften vegetables
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes.

Add beans and seasoning
Add black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and broth/water.

Simmer
Simmer 5–7 minutes.

Serve
Serve in tortillas, rice bowls, or lettuce cups.

Top with avocado, salsa, cilantro, and lime.
