Fasting checklist · 24-Hour Fast Checklist
24-Hour Fast Checklist
A single-day operational reference. Shorter duration does not mean risk-free—use the safety gate and stop-now rules.
Read before starting
Read this entire checklist and confirm you can follow the stop-now rules before you begin. This is an operational reference—not a treatment plan, prescription, or guarantee of safety or results.
Medical review level: Consider clinician review if you have any health concerns.
Who should not begin without medical guidance
Do not begin without guidance from a qualified clinician if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have type 1 diabetes and use insulin, have a history of eating disorders, take medications affected by food timing, or have any condition where fasting may be unsafe for you.
